Parker NWOT White Palms Piped Bodycon dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @crewandco. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Parker designer. Never worn because it was too small, unfortunately. Labeled as a size medium, though would fit a small better (closer to a 2-4). Approximately 34" length. Lined. Back zipper closure. Black piping. Racerback. Very flattering on multiple body types.
