Parker One-Shoulder Ruffle Dress

One-shoulder dress with flouncy embroidered ruffle around the neck. Worn once to a music festival. The neck is elasticized so you can adjust it however you like it on your shoulders. Great for patio parties, the beach or somewhere tropical festive. It's pure cotton and already shrunk--a generous size large. There is a small faded spot on one of the red and blue flowers, not really significant but full disclosure. The ruffle holds its shape and comes out of the washing machine looking good, not bedraggled--it's a big maximalist ruffle!
