Parker Paisley Ruffle Dress Medium (NWT)

Parker one-shoulder ruffle dress with paisley design in blue, red, and white. From the waist up is completely sheer and there is a slip from the waist down. Dress is midi length and has elasticized waistband and neckline. This dress looks purple from a distance, but is not. 100% Polyester Dry clean only Please note: there is some fraying of single strings in random places (please see the last two photos for examples). Overall dress is still in really good condition.
