Parker Sleeveless Floral Dress

Very cute floral Parker dress that is light that has a double ruffle on the bottom and is fitted with a band mid waist. Zipper in the back, but you tie the neck so that the bow/ribbon hangs at back. There is a cut out in the front at the neckline & at the back, but not too revealing. Perfect dress for summer & can be worn to work, day time events, or nighttime with a cute jacket if it gets chilly.
