Parker Watercolor Dress

This Parker dress is a size XS. Zip closure in back. Scrunch back adds some stretch and gives it a forgiving fit. It is fitted throughout bust and waist and looser/A-line skirt. 100% silk. Beautiful multicolor fabric! Only worn one time. Great condition.
