New with tags. I purchased this last year on EBAY, it was listed as NWT. It was for a formal event and I was so excited to wear it but turned out formal meant floor length gown. So, I did not wear it, absolutely devastating. The weight of the beads and sequins has caused stress to the shoulder seams. In addition I found a stain when taking the photos on the lining. Any flaws are in the last photo.
