Parker bateau neck sheer sequined blouse

This top is so pretty. It's quite heavy, covered in beading and sequins, so it lays slouchy. It is sheer. There are loose threads on the inside, but I think that's just how it's made. There are no noticeable missing beads / sequins. Light white / cream color.
