Parker black and ivory silk dress

Silk dress in black with ivory pattern. Flowy and flattering, hits above the knee. Surplice neck... Aka a term which I didn't know of until just now. :) In good condition. Perfect day to night kind of dress - work appropriate with a sharp blazer but also looks great with a pair of black pumps at happy hour! 100% silk. Would fit an XS or S.
