Parker cobalt blue dress

Embroidered with flower pattern with see through area at the top of bust and waist. Stretch material. Back silver zipper. Pleats at the waist from and back. Only wore twice. Waist area has some gray at the see through part but the dress was like this when purchased. Beautiful material and overall detail.
