Parker dress

Worn only once, this dress is a beauty in a deep teal color. I bought this at Saks and never had a chance to wear it! It’s a gorgeous dress, 100 percent silk with a beautiful ruffle front. Would look perfect with silver or gold shoes. It falls right above the knee.
