Parker pinstriped oriental collar spring dress

Parker dress worn once and dry cleaned. Very lightweight and springy. Pinstriped throughout, zips up the back, fit and flare skirt with button down oriental collar. Very flattering fit and can be tied in the front or the back (as I did in last picture). This looks like a high quality luxurious dress. It’s a steal at this price.
