Parker Blue stripe short sleeved w 1 shoulder top

This Parker Blue and white striped short sleeved- one shoulder top is so cute!! I love it and this one is a hard one to let go of! It’s even cuter in person. It is 100% cotton and very flattering with the vertical stripes. It has ruffles that cross the top bodice and go over the one sleeve and it is a soft woven material that doesn’t cling yet is is not TOO flowy! It is a size large and the waist is 40”, the bust is 36”and the length is 26”. Perfect for Labor Day or the 4th of July! NWOT
