Parker black dress

Unbelievably gorgeous floral dress by Parker black. Features thicker spaghetti straps and high low design. Accented waist is super figure flattering. Slight discolorations to bottom hem and under arms as shown but overall great preowned condition. Lying flat armpit to armpit approx 16” across and top of shoulder to bottom hem approx 42” in front and 55” in back. All measurements are approximate
