Parosh off the shoulder tulle dress

Very Parisian navy and white drop waisted bardot dress. Never worn, size Small and bought from Farfetch. The top part of the dress is knitted and folds over to create an off the shoulder look. The bottom is a chic navy tulle. Cover photo depicts colors accurately , my bedroom lighting is dark.
