Parrot Bird theme A Line Skirt

Adorable Skirt for bird lovers like myself. It is labeled a size 10 but it seems to fit smaller than it says. Material is 100% Cotton. It has no stretch to it. Material reminds me more of tapestry. Machine washable. There is a white lining sewn in with pretty lace around the bottom of it so it looks like a slip. I have had this for quite some time and never worn it. There is a 5.5" zipper that goes down the side plus 3 buttons at the top. MEASUREMENTS * across waist 15-3/4" * length 21"
