Super cute Parsley & Sage dress and jacket set. Embellished with colorful seahorse scene. Has embroidery and beading/sequins. Tank top maxi dress with 1 seahorse and seaweed. Jacket has many seahorses in different colors and cute colored buttons. There are a few spots of discoloration or stain, not very noticeable, may come out. See pics for reference. Tag is safety pinned on but it has been worn once or twice.
