Parsley & Sage dress/swimsuit cover up

This is an adorable teal dress/swimsuit cover up with lots of details. It has lace trim on the chest with a cute shell button. There is lace all along the bottom of the dress and the bottom of the sleeves. It is loose fitting and easy to pull over your head. Very flattering and classy!
