Part of a flower but I don’t have the flower part. It’s for a 6-12 month baby.

It’s the bottom part of a flower costume Fully lined. I was thinking that you could put on a tiny bit of make up or put a flower in her hair so she’s a flower. Most babies hate face mask especially the ones that cover their head. But even a material (not plastic) hair thing with a flower sewn on it. Just a thought! 🎃
