Talbots, flattering scoop neckline, splattering of sequins and embroidered flower design on chest, fully lined. There is no size tag but I’m guessing it is a 6, please look at the measurements. I had the dress shortened to fit me. 52” neckline to hem 17.5” pit to pit 15” waist
