krazecoco I checked the shoes before shipping it was zero damage.. now they are coming back damaged... what was dont to the shoes pleas ...

sistergirl51 @krazecoco I didn't do anything to the shoes. I owned a pair of white ones just like them an attempted to take a walk in them a few months ago and they literally crumbled beneath my feet. I was hoping to replace them with the ones I bought from you. I knew exactly what to look for upon arrival. These also had the same problem. I simple touched the area. There is no way I could have damaged that shoe it's obvious it's an issue with the shoes. It is one of the first styles they made.
