Party dress

Precious little short black dress. Bought for my daughter at annual sale at Waco prom/pageant dress shop. Very stretchy fabric. She never wore it. Daughter is normally a 4/6 but this was a bit large on her. She is 5’4”, 125 lbs, sorta flat chested. It does not have care tags or size tag - bought like that, I swear. Maybe it was a sample? Anyhoo, couldn’t return bc that’s how this annual sale works.
