Party 🎉 time dress

This dress has a sheer, glittery silver threaded tee shirt like with a keyhole back under spaghetti straps. The dress is black velvet and has a tulle petticoat layer underneath for a fuller skirt. There is some crush velvet from being stored. (See last picture) No rips or stains and from smoke free home.
