Party time romper

This is a 4X sequin like romper from HNM. The straps on this romper are not adjustable. This romper does fit a little oversize so I would say that it can go up to a size 28. This is not a dress, this is a romper with shorts. There aren’t sequins on it, but the material feels like sequins.
