Pastel Blue Tie Waist Shift Dress from PrettyLittleThings. Only wore this once, still in good condition. Very cute, felt like I was Cinderella :) Could be worn off the shoulder or not. I'm usually a size 0 but I have big stomach with a small bust so it was a little tight at the waist. Highly recommend for tall, slim girls with a nice bust.
