Pastel Blue & White A-Line Mini Skirt.

This is perfect for S/S. It's a short mini skirt and a-line so even though the elastic waist band stretches to size 12 would totally work great for 8-12 sized girls as well. Perfect if you're petite. Only worn once, great condition, just didn't think it flattered me.
