Pastel Circle Skirt

Pastel brocade circle skirt with a sequined waistband and large bow detail. The fabric has gold metallic threads that give it a really beautiful shine when it moves. Skirt closes in the back with a hook/eye and zipper. Petticoat is not included. Measurements: Waistband~ 37", Length~29" DRY CLEAN ONLY!! ** This piece was something I made for a costume party in 2013. I am a professional seamstress now, but back then I was still pretty decent but honing my skill, so keep that in mind ;)
