Pastel Floral Button Up High Waisted Skirt

this skirt is so precious, I just have had it for a while, so it's looking for a new home! the pattern is a soft pastel floral with ivory buttons along the front. it's fully lined and not see through at all. I'm 5'6" and normally wear a 4/6 for reference. this fits more like a 4 (small) than a 6. you'll be fine if you have a small waist, it's not tight anywhere else.
