Pastel Neon Southwestern Baseball Cap

Billabong cap circa late 90s/early 2000s. Bull head on front in neon pink and pale turquoise all around. Embroidered details and stitching. Adjustable SnapBack. Tag says “one size”. It’s definitely a small fit. Measures 20 3/4” interior circ with snapback aligned which is an xs/s hat size which can also fit youth.
