Pastel Palmetto’s high waisted shorts

So cute and perfect for spring and summer! Not sure when these were made and can’t find info - 80’s, 90’s, or 2000’s. Only flaws are the tag on the back being cut and a small dark dot on the front, which you can see in the cover photo. It looks like pencil lead though, so it may wash out. Measurements: Waist: 13” Hip measured below the zipper: 19” Rise: 13.5”
