Pastel blue crochet fringed dress

Blue body con sheath dress is stretchy polyester with a crochet overlay and fringe at hem. No flaws. Size M, though I range between a S and XS and it fit me pretty well. Laid flat, measures 15" pit to pit, 15.75" at waist and 16" at hips, and is meant to stretch. The dress form in the pics is at 33"-26"-35" and the chest is a little big, fits pretty well at waist/hips and there is room to go bigger (Inch or two? Maybe more?). Front top to hem is about 33" with another 7" of fringe. I do my best to describe measurements, but can't guarantee it will fit. Dry clean only. Has been dry cleaned since last wear.
