Pastel coastal grandma Blue and white short sleeve jackets size 16 VTG

Blue and white striped short sleeve jacket. Back has elastic to allow for a form fit. Vintage. Belt not included Perfect for spring. Great condition.Functional pockets. Sky blue buttons Size 16. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry. I think having it belted would be a great summer look.
