Pastel pink off the shoulder blouse

This pretty pink blouse has stretch in the collar. You can wear it pulled down around the shoulders or more like a boat neck type. Never worn with tags. One size but runs like a medium or large. Appears like one tunic piece but has separate arm holes and lace trimming.
