Patagonia Barely Baggie shorts size Large

Super light weight, my goodness. I bought them for my trip next week to CO, but they don’t fit. I put them, ripped the tags off, walked around the house for five minutes and realized. The inseam is 2 1/2 inches. True to size. I’m a 6/8 I think a medium would have been better for me. Size L Color Tidepool Blue
