Patagonia Convertible Pants

Size 4, but it is kinda tight, the material doesn’t give much stretch room. I’m pretty sure these are either for hiking or skiing ? feels like a windbreaker jacket or waterproof if that makes any sense 🧍 Also these are very low waisted.
