XS Women's Garden Island Pants from Patagonia. Comes down to the ankle for me and I'm 5'3". The color is "Good Times: Evening Mauve", which is just some stripey rainbow colors as shown in the picture. The lower part of the pants have a slit, so it's very airy. Pretty comfortable and great for hot, summery days -- wore these in India and they were great.
