it looks like on the very first picture it has stains on the (pictured) left but would be right side of the vest…

@savybby101 I guarantee that there are no stains on this garment. I agree with you that ithe best appears to have stains, but it is the lighting that it creating that effect. I will add another photo in different lighting that will hopefully show you the garment more accurately. Thank you for your interest!
