Empire waist with adjustable drawstring tie under bust. Scoop neck with flattering gathers at bust. Made of 100% organic cotton coconut cloth that has a linen like texture. The color is called Tropical Navy blue & Cream.. but the Navy blue definitely is closer to the black side as that’s what I thought it was b4 I looked it up. Great used condition.
