monstertits @julesrs007 hi there! This is not waterproof - it is water resistant though. It’s also not lined. I’d consider this more of a fall/spring coat. The chest measures approximately 18” laid flat. I added a few photos of the actual garment too. Let me know if you have more Q’s!
