This is an older version of Patagonia’s Rain Shadow lightweight nylon water resistant pant, great for rainy or windy bike commuting or hiking. Used but in good shape. Jogger style cuffs with zippers, drawstring waist, no pockets. I would call this a roomy women’s medium, plenty of space to layer over other pants.
