Patagonia Re\collection Women's Down Sweater, limited edition, dark green

Still in good used shape, patches have been added under arms to prevent any down loss (see pics), inside fabric looks dark (was that way when purchased). Super light, great for a hiking/travel layer. Definitely more of a sweater weight, not a stand alone for Maine winters. Chest - 18.5" Length - 24" The Re\\\collection was especially created to be resourceful, as well as warm and functional and when they have reached the end of the customers use they can be recycled again, states Patagonia. The collection launch is Patagonia's latest step in creating garments which are fully sustainability and follows on from its use of recycled materials. The recycled down in the collection is a mixture of 600-fill-power goose and duck down which has been reclaimed from used Patagonia items which cannot be resold and offers identical performance benefits to virgin down, says the company. Its recycled polyester is made from used plastic bottles, unusable manufacturing waste and worn-out garments, while its recycled wool is made from discarded wool sweaters that are shred down into usable fiber and mixed with recycled polyester and recycled nylon for durability. "From the insulation to the outer materials — all the way down to the buttons and drawcords — this collection is an experiment in creativity and responsibility."
