@nyfashionprep Hello, I couldn’t find a specific rating, but did do a fair amount of research before deciding to purchase this one. Winters get very cold where we live (-20 C/-4) and we spend a lot of time outdoors. I can attest that my baby stayed very warm and most importantly dry, while sitting in the snow and going on long family adventures.
