The picture that shows a tear...is that on inside of boot?

@donajo18 Hi: There's no tear in the boot. That is the inside of the boot. It shows the leather flap on the inside of the zipper. It's suede lined.

Good morning! Can you tell me the height of the boot from the ground to the top of the zipper? I need to figure out where that widest part is going to hit my calf and whether or not 13 1/2 inch circumference is too small. Thanks very much.
