ehollstien @yellowhale I would say they are true to an XS size. It is more of a slim fit, but I have no problem layering sweaters underneath this.

ehollstien @bhambirdie sure, but where the hip hits depends on the height of the person wearing it. I can measure at my hip (I am 5' 4" for reference) or at another spot on the jacket if you would prefer that.
