They hit at the ankle. 98% Organic cotton, 2% Spandex Button and zipper fly closure. Waistline- 17” across (34” around) Hips- 19” Rise- 8” Inseam- 27.5” Total length- 35” (front), 37” (back) I fit into a size 4, and these were tight on my legs and hips. The waist fit great though.
