Patagonia better sweater half zip red fleece women’s medium

This Patagonia half zip is a red women’s size medium. It was given to me as a gift, but the sleeves are too short for me. I have worn it 2-3 times so it is almost new. The inside is still as soft as a new one, and there is no pilling, snags, or stains.
