Patbo Plunge Cutout Maxi Dress

Unworn, new with tags! Purchased for my bachelorette but didn’t end up wearing. This dress is a size Small, has stretch so would fit a size 0-4. The bathing suit is connected at the bottom so this is a great all in one piece to wear on a trip or vacation. The sleeves and skirt are made of a super lightweight knit fabric. Body is in stretch bathing suit type of material. Smaller sizes in this are sold out everywhere!
