I’m gonna be so real with yall, it’s says XL but only the waist is an XL, if you have thicker thighs ( like myself) you won’t be able to do anything in these, I would honestly say with how they’re supposed to fit you should probably be a M/L, sorry to disappoint, when I bought them I was also disappointed
