Patent leather clutch, project bag.

Gorgeous vintage patent leather clutch PROJECT bag! The patent leather is sticky on the outside, and I don’t currently have the necessary patent cleaners on hand. I do not know if the patent is cleanable, or if it’s a salvage for the hardware and lining piece only.
