High, off-centre flap pockets inspired by the Patou archive. Tailor-style Patou label on the sleeve. Fully lined. **small spot shown in last photo. ***also some dulling to buttons noted.**** Otherwise very nice condition. Has been dry cleaned. Needs pressing.
