Patra Size 8 Blue Formal Dress w/ Kick-pleat Train

This is one of my very favorite formals. It’s spaghetti strap and has some great ruching on the side with a tie. There’s a very unique, fun kick-pleat train on the back with box pleats. There is a small hole to the left of the train. Stored in smoke-free home.
